Order – Reassigning the Tasigna Multicounty Litigation (MCL) to Bergen Superior Court Judge Gregg A. Padovano Effective June 1, 2023

It is ORDERED that effective June 1, 2023, the Court's April 6, 2021 Order designating all pending and future state-court litigation arising out of the use of the drug Tasigna® as multicounty litigation and assigning that litigation for centralized management to Superior Court Judge Rachelle L. Harz in the Bergen Vicinage is hereby amended so as to reassign all such matters to Superior Court Judge Gregg A. Padovano in the Bergen Vicinage, with all specific references in that prior order to Judge Harz to be read as references to Judge Padovano.
