Order - Recall Continuation for Retired Superior Court Judge Patrick J. Arre – Essex Criminal Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Patrick J. Arre, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2028 or until further Order;

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Arre will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
