SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Vincent N. Falcetano, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 or until further Order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Falcetano will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9).
