Order - Recall Continuation for Retired Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels – Ocean Criminal Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Wendel E. Daniels, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Daniels will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Ocean County (Vicinage 14).
