Order - Recall Continuation for Superior Court Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. – Continued Assignment to Monmouth Civil and General Equity Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2027, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Fisher will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil and General Equity Divisions of Superior Court in Monmouth County (Vicinage 9).
