Order - Recall Continuation for Superior Court Judge Mark T. Janeczko

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Mark T. Janeczko, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2027 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Janeczko will remain temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
