Order - Recall of Retired Superior Court Judge Catherine M. Fitzpatrick – Assigned to Mercer Family

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43 :6A-13, Superior Court Judge Catherine M. Fitzpatrick, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective July 21, 2025 through July 20, 2027; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Fitzpatrick will be temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Comt in Mercer County (Vicinage 7).
