Order – Recall of Retired Superior Court Judge Dennis V. Nieves; Assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP)

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Dennis V. Nieves, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective January 13, 2026 through January 12, 2028; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Nieves will be temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program to sit on judicial panels.
