Order – Recall of Retired Superior Court Walter F. Skrod to Temporary Judicial Service – Assigned to Bergen Civil and General Equity Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Walter F. Skrod, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective May 11, 2026 through May 10, 2028, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Skrod is temporarily assigned to the Civil and General Equity Divisions of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
