Order - Recall of Superior Court Judge Martin F. Barbato; Assignment to Morris Civil

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Martin F. Barbato, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective March 7, 2026 through March 6, 2028, or until further order; and
    
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Barbato is temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Morris County (Vicinage 10).
