Order – Retired Appellate Division Judge Stephanie A. Mitterhoff Recalled to Judicial Service – Assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Essex

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Stephanie A. Mitterhoff, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective April 13, 2026 through April 12, 2028; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Mitterhoff will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
