Order – Retired Superior Court Judge David J. Weaver Continued on Judicial Recall Assigned to Sussex Civil

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

        It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge David J. Weaver, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027 or until further order; and 

        It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Weaver will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
