Order Retired Superior Court Judge John J Langan Jr Continued on Judicial Recall Assigned to Bergen Civil Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John J. Langan, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2027 or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Langan will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
