Order – Retired Superior Court Judge Joseph Paone Recalled to Judicial Service – Assigned to the Middlesex Criminal and Family Divisions

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Joseph Paone, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective May 11, 2026 through May 10, 2028, or until further order; and
    
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Paone is temporarily assigned to the Criminal and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Middlesex County (Vicinage 8).
