Order Short Term Judicial Recall of Appellate Division Judge Mitchel E Ostrer

It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Appellate Division Judge Mitchel E. Ostrer, who will be retiring on pension and having given his
consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for the period beginning November 1, 2021 through December 31 , 2021 or until further order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this limited duration recall service, Judge Ostrer will be temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court for the specific purpose of completing outstanding opinions in matters presently assigned to him.
