It is ORDERED that effective March 1, 2026, and until further order, Superior Court Judge Avion M. Benjamin is designated as Assignment Judge of the Superior Court for Essex County (Vicinage 5). This amends the 2025-2026 General Assignment Order dated July 17, 2025.
