Order - Superior Court Judge Dennis V. Nieves - Additional Assignment on Recall - Middlesex Civil and Criminal Divisions

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Dennis V. Nieves, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court’s Order of January 13, 2026, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Civil and Criminal Divisions of Superior Court in Middlesex County (Vicinage 8), effective immediately and until further order.
