It is ORDERED that effective March 1, 2026 and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Harold W. Fullilove, Jr. is reassigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5) and is designated as the Family Presiding Judge for the vicinage; this will amend the 2025-2026 General Assignment Order dated July 17, 2025.
