Order - Superior Court Judge James J. Morley Continued on Judicial Recall; Assigned to Burlington Criminal and Family Divisions

Supreme Court of New Jersey 

       It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge James J. Morley, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective March 20, 2026 through June 4, 2028 or until further order; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Morley will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3 ).
