Order – Superior Court Judge John Tomasello – Continuation of Judicial Recall Service – Vicinage 15 Family Division and ISP

It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge John Tomasello, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective February 3, 2026 through July 7, 2027 or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Tomasello will remain temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Vicinage 15 (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties) and to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels
