Order – Superior Court Judge Keith E. Lynott Recalled to Temporary Judiciary Service – Assigned to Essex Civil Division

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Keith E. Lynott, who will be retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective April 17, 2026 through April 16, 2028, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Lynott is temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
