Order – Superior Court Judge Michael D. DeLoreto – Initial Judicial Assignment – Somerset Civil and Vicinage 13 Supervising Special Civil Part Judge

It is ORDERED that effective upon taking the judicial oath of office, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Michael D. DeLoreto is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Somerset County (Vicinage 13); and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that effective February 17, 2026, Judge DeLoreto is designated as the Supervising Special Civil Part Judge for Vicinage 13.

This Order supplements and amends the 2025-2026 General Assignment Order dated July 17, 2025.
