Order – Superior Court Judge Richard C. Wischusen - Prospective Assignment as Union Vicinage General Equity Presiding Judge

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

        It is ORDERED that effective March 1, 2026, Superior Court Judge Richard C. Wischusen is hereby assigned as Presiding Judge of the General Equity Division of Superior Court in Union County (Vicinage 12). This will amend the 2025-2026 General Assignment Order dated July 17, 2025.
