Order – Superior Court Judge Stephen B. Rubin Continued on Judicial Recall.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Stephen 8. Rubin, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby prospectively continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective July 6, 2024 through January 16, 2025 or until further Order; and
