Order – Superior Court Judge Susan J. Steele – Recall Continuation – Bergen Criminal Division; ISP; Special Assignment

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Susan J. Steele, retired on pension and having given her consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective March 1, 2026 though March 23, 2027 or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Steele will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2); to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels; and, pursuant to the Court's May 26, 2021 and June 1, 2021 orders, on a statewide basis to handle joint motions to reduce mandatory parole ineligibility terms.
