Order – Superior Court Judge W. Todd Miller Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

           It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge W. Todd Miller, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026; and 

           It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Miller will be temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Cape May County (Vicinage 1).
