It is ORDERED that effective upon the taking of his oath, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge James S. Rothschild, Jr. is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Essex County (Vicinage 5). This supplements the 2001-2002 General Assignment Order dated July 19, 2001.
