IT IS ORDERED that the several Orders of this Court relaxing and supplementing the Rules of Court so as to permit the
establishment of Civil Differentiated Case Management ("Civil DCM") in various counties are terminated upon the
September 5, 2000 effective date of the July 5, 2000 amendments to the Rules of Court.
Those Orders thus terminated effective September 5, 2000 include the following: (1) December 23, 1985 (Bergen); (2)
August 4, 1988 (Camden); (3) September 29, 1993 (Gloucester); (4) September 29, 1993 (Hunterdon); (5) November 5,
1993 (superseding September 29, 1993) (Monmouth); (6) January 3, 1994 (Burlington, Mercer); (7) July 13, 1994
(Morris); (8) March 27, 1995 (Salem); and (9) April 30, 1996 (Passaic).
The "Bergen [Civil DCM] Pilot Rules" and the "Camden Vicinage Civil Division [DCM] Rules," as adopted by the
Court’s December 23, 1985 and August 4, 1988 Orders respectively and as subsequently amended by various Orders of
the Court, are thus rescinded effective as of September 5, 2000.
