IT IS ORDERED that the Court’s May 4, 1999 Order relaxing the provisions of Rule 4:40-2 so as to (a) extend the time
for making a motion notwithstanding the verdict from ten to twenty days after the verdict or the jury’s discharge and (b)
extend the time for making a motion for new trial or to renew a motion for judgment from ten to twenty days after the
entry of any order setting aside the verdict or judgment under the rule is terminated as of the September 5, 2000
effective date of the July 5, 2000 amendments to Rule 4:40-2.
