Order - Wiretap - Amending Designated Wiretap Judges for the Middlesex Vicinage

It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. (“Wiretap Judges Order”), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective immediately so as (a) to designate Superior Court Judge Andrea G. Carter-Latimer as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 8 (Middlesex County); and (b) to conclude the designation of Superior Court Judge Pedro J. Jimenez, Jr. as a Wiretap Judge because of his judicial divisional reassignment.
