Order – Wiretap Judges for Essex County (Vicinage 5) – Addition of Judge John L. Gizzo; Conclusion of Designation of Judge John Zunic

It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. (“Wiretap Judges Order”), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective retroactive to September 15, 2025 so as to designate Superior Court Judge John I. Gizzo as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 5 (Essex County); and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the designation of Superior Court Judge John Zunic as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 5 (Essex County) is concluded effective immediately.
