In accordance with the Order of the Honorable Joseph C. Messina, J.S.C. dated October 20, 2000, all attorneys who
represent former clients of disbarred attorney Elizabeth Anne Cohen and all said clients are hereby notified that all files
of Elizabeth Anne Cohen now in the possession of the Custodial Receiver shall be delivered to Elizabeth Anne Cohen,
if requested by her, and if not, shall be destroyed, unless within 45 days of this notice, said attorneys or clients notify
the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection to request delivery of said files, with all costs of retrieval and
forwarding to be borne by the attorney or client so requesting the files. Dated: December 4, 2000
