The Office of Attorney Ethics is seeking an attorney to serve as a volunteer Secretary to the District X (Morris and
Sussex Counties) Fee Arbitration Committee commencing August1, 2000.
The secretary administers the committee and processes all requests for fee arbitration in the district in addition to
answering calls from the bar and the public. The secretary must have a law office in Morris or Sussex County.
Quarterly emoluments are paid totaling $18,000 per year.
