AN ATTORNEY AT LAW :
This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the Petition of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client
Protection seeking an Order for the release of $1,250.00, together with accrued interest from the Superior Court Trust
Fund and in reimbursement of a claim paid by the Fund against Troy Lee Smith pursuant to Rule 1:28-1, et seq., and
Rule 1:20-23, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the petition is granted and funds in the amount of $1,250.00 together with accrued interest shall be
paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers’s Fund for Client Protection; and it is further
ORDERED that the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection shall cause this Order to be published in two issues of the
New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer; and it is further
ORDERED that any person who has a claim to said funds shall notify the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection in
writing at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 961, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, within thirty days of the
final publication of this Order in the above-named publications; and it is further
ORDERED that if no claims are received by the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection within the said thirty days, then
funds in the amount of $1,250.00 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court
Trust Fund to the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.
