It is ORDERED that the appointment of Joseph D. Barba as Acting Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court for Monmouth
County pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and effected by this Court’s Order of March 3, 2000 is terminated effective
immediately.
