5.36C Informed Choice and Consent (Competent Adult and No Emergency) (10/00); supersedes Charge 5.36C, dated 12/89
5.36F Wrongful Birth and Life (11/00); new charge, after 5.36E
6.11C Duty to Mitigate Damages by Medical and Surgical Treatment (Adopted 12/96; revised 10/00); supersedes Charge 6.11C, dated 12/96
