It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John J. Callahan, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective November 17, 2001, or until further Order; and it is further
ORDERED that effective November 17, 2001 Judge Callahan is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part to serve as a trial judge on the Children in Court Performance Team of the New Jersey Court Improvement Project.
