It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Manuel H. Greenberg, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective April 19, 2001, or until further Order; and it is further
ORDERED that effective April 19, 2001 Judge Greenberg is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Criminal Part, Vicinage 1 (Atlantic/Cape May Counties).
