Recall - Judge Paul G. Levy

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Paul G. Levy, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective October 23, 2001 or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective October 23, 2001 Judge Levy is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program.
