Recall - Judge Philip M. Freedman
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Philip M. Freedman, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective June 1, 2001 or until further Order; and it is further ORDERED that effective June 1, 2001 Judge Freedman is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, on a Statewide basis to handle the New Jersey Sexually Violent Predator Act (N.J.S.A. 30:4-27.24) cases.
