It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Thomas S. O’Brien, retired on pension,
and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the
judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective September 1, or until further Order; and it is
further
ORDERED that effective September 1, 2000 Judge O’Brien is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate
Division as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program.
