Recall Order - Judge Birger M. Sween

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Birger M. Sween, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective March 24, 2002, or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective March 24, 2002 Judge Sween is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Bergen County.
