Recall Order - Judge David Landau

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge David Landau, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective January 8, 2002, or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective January 8, 2002 Judge Landau is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program.
