Recall Order - Judge Samuel D. Lenox, Jr.
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Samuel D. Lenox, Jr., retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective December 19, 2000, or until further Order; and it is further
ORDERED that effective December 19, 2000 Judge Lenox is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
