It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Seymour Margulies, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective November 3, 2001, or until further Order; and it is further ORDERED that effective November 3, 2001 Judge Margulies is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Hudson County.
