Recall Order - Judges Charles J. Harrington
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Charles J. Harrington, Jr., retired on
pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service
within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective April 29, 2001, or until further Order;
and it is further ORDERED that effective April 29, 2001 Judge Harrington is temporarily assigned to the Superior
Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Hudson County and to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Hudson
County.
