It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Melvin P. Antell, retired on pension, and having previously given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective September 20, 2000, Judge Antell is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division as the Supervising Judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program.
