Relaxation of Rule 1:5-3
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J. Const. Art. VI, §2, par. 3, that effective immediately and until further order, Rule 1:5-
3 ("Proof of Service") of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey is hereby relaxed so as to require
that proofs of service of all papers served pursuant to Rule 1:5-1 specifically list the names and addresses of all
attorneys served and the parties they represent, as well as the names and addresses of all pro se parties served.
