To dispel any confusion that may have arisen, the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund For Client Protection states that the
Thomas D. Shea declared ineligible on September 25, 2000 is Thomas D. Shea, Sr., of Scotch Plains, New Jersey,
admitted in 1993, NOT Thomas D. Shea, Jr. in Morristown admitted in 1991, who practices with the firm of Traflet &
Fabian and has never been declared ineligible. The Fund regrets any inconvenience.
