Retraction Of Attorneys Placed On The 2000 Ineligible List
The New Jersey Lawyers' Fund For Client Protection declares that Subhana A. Rahim and Mark Joseph Buynak should
not have been included on the 2000 Ineligible List. Their names should be stricken from the Court Order dated
September 14, 2000 and published September 25, 2000. The Fund regrets the error.
In addition, Seth A. Fuscellaro was included on the 1999 and 2000 Ineligible Lists due to circumstances beyond his
control. His name should also be stricken from the 1999 and 2000 Ineligible Lists.
